Biographical Sketch of JAMES O. MABWA
James Otukho Mabwa is the Founder & Overseer of Victory Gospel Churches in Kenya. He was born in 1975 in a humble family of 10 siblings. James was called into fulltime ministry in 1990, after a very challenging & humbling life as an orphaned street boy.
He has since served as a Children's Minister, Evangelist, Pastor and currently moving in the unfolding apostolic dimension. His ministry is characterized with healings, miracles, signs & wonders. He is also a competent Bible teacher and a gifted recording artist with his debut CD recently released entitled “JESUS IS THE WINNER” featuring the #1 hit “Dhambi Mbaya”. {Sin is bad}
James Also traveled in Philippines on August 2007 & preached in 15 churches & 5 bible schools & one Jail; He is also on a local FM Radio in His home time in Kakamega, every Sat from 7:30am to 8:00am with a program Tumaini La milele, {Eternal Hope}
James is a Man of Faith and he has seen the hand of God provide for the ministries’ many needs, for the 8 orphans under his care & for his family without visible means of financial support.
Today James pastors Victory Gospel Church – Kakamega one of the vibrant churches he has planted. He resides in Kakamega Kenya East Africa with his wife Adelide, their 4 children , John, Vincent , Abraham, & Sherri.
